Managing Your Subscription
Control your plan, billing details, and invoices from your account’s billing page. Changes take effect immediately and you’ll keep access through the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Select Change Plan and choose the new tier.
- Confirm. Proration is applied automatically where applicable.
Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades apply at the next billing date in most cases.
Cancel subscription
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Select Cancel Plan and complete the confirmation.
Your plan remains active until the end of the current period. You won’t be charged again.

Billing details & receipts
- Update payment method from Account → Billing → Payment Method.
- Download invoices and receipts from the Billing History section.
- Change billing email or address from Account Settings.
Refunds & trials
- We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time purchases. See Refund Policy.
- Trials can be canceled any time during the trial period.
Troubleshooting
- Card declined: verify card details or try another payment method.
- Unexpected charge: check Billing History; contact support with the invoice ID.
- Need a VAT/GST invoice: add tax details in Account Settings before the next charge.
