AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use, but we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS

Employment Disclaimer

Our services are tools to help improve resumes and job applications. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or job offers. Employment decisions are made solely by employers and are outside our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResumeStore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Any content you submit or upload

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.
